武汉三环线光谷段改造完工通车 部分路段扩为8车道 三环线光谷段改造完工通车   已实施半封闭改造多时的三环线光谷段在完成主线施工后,昨天上午正式对外开放。由于部分路段比改造期间拓宽一倍,平时早晚高峰常发生拥堵的三环线光谷段,昨天明显顺畅了不少。   部分路段扩为8车道   作为武汉市首条全线通车的快速环线,三环线承载着巨大的通行需求和交通压力。因建设标准不一和设计缺憾,排水管网、道路段面、道路交叉口等方面存在不足。同时,由于贯穿整个光谷片区,往来车辆频繁,三环线光谷段道路破损现象时有发生。为此,该路段于2013年启动综合改造,藉希望最大程度实现交通扩容。   三环线光谷段改造工程西起野芷湖立交,东止于珞喻东路,全长16公里,共分为3段:野芷湖立交东侧落地点至光谷立交、光谷立交至武黄立交、武黄立交至珞喻东路。其中第一段和第三段在2013年开始实施改造,并于去年完工。昨天最后通车的部分位于光谷立交至武黄立交段,总长1.4公里,今年5月正式启动改造。   负责改造施工的项目负责人告诉武汉晚报记者,改造工程采取“路面拓宽改造+局部节点优化”的方案,主要对野芷湖立交至光谷一路的区间实施拓宽,从过去的双向六车道升级为双向八车道,同时对全线破损的路面进行彻底翻新。“部分路段已经是脱胎换骨的新路了。”上述负责人如是说。   早晚高峰通畅多了   此前在改造过程中,施工方主要采取封闭部分车道、半幅施工、半幅开放通行的方式,并进行多期交通疏解及区域内导流指引。但由于早晚高峰期间,三环线车流量太大,施工期间通行能力不足,该路段较易出现交通拥堵。   记者从东湖高新区交管部门了解到,昨天随着该路段的全面开放,早晚高峰期间的通行情况有了明显改善。一位负责人介绍,光谷立交至武黄立交是三环线光谷段车流量较大的区域,在改造期间,由于施工需要,仅保留双向4车道通行,因此通行能力受限,“昨天上午变成8车道后,通行能力直接提升一倍,整体交通顺畅不少。”   此番通车后,历时近3年的三环线光谷段改造工程也正式完成主线改造。全面开放交通后,由三环线东南段向北前往武汉火车站、向西前往白沙洲大桥以及向东前往鄂州等方向的车辆,均可快速通行,另外也为2016年武网提供了交通保障。   将对接东湖隧道   武汉晚报记者还从建设部门获悉,三环线光谷段将在光谷大道路口扩建一座大型立交,未来可对接东湖隧道,打通前往汉口的快速通道。   根据规划,光谷大道与三环线交会口将全面升级,由目前只能保证直行的“扁担型”立交,扩建为全互通立交,实现8个方向的无缝切换。负责改造施工的项目负责人透露,目前主线工程完工后,他们还将进行光谷大道立交的前期施工,主要完成立交的转换匝道,预计匝道的施工将持续至明年。对于立交的主线,该负责人表示,将随着光谷大道的快速化改造同步进行,这也意味着,三环线光谷段未来将与东湖隧道“牵手”,光谷南片区前往汉口的快速通道也将打通。相关的主题文章:
